Dropped my phone, broke the screen, mostly still works, got a replacement, blah blah blah

Whats the easiest way to get everything on the old phone over to the new phone? I know I could copy all the files through my computer, and then for the operating system I could root and restore from a nandroid backup, but that's a lot of separate steps and a long pain in the ass.

Surely there's a way to just take a snapshot of the whole phone, everything, and copy that onto an identical phone?

from stock recovery just pull the whole userdata partition

then when you get your new phone get it to the same version software then push the whole userdata partition back in recovery

I'm presuming this is possible from stock recovery as i haven't actually tried
