Why all rom NOT stock have high temperatures?

Hello.
I can't understand why with all NOT stock based rom (so cyano/paranoid ecc) i have 38/39 C when with stock max 35C 36C?

WHY??!!!

I'm tired of stock

Because the kernel allows overclocking?

You can always undervolt it.

I think it is also because of the rom/kernel doesnt has or thermal throttling is different then stock.

Exactly... Stock LG ROM/Kernels enforce Thermal Throttling.
