[Q] GPS is not working on stock rom, but on a custom rom works, why?

My G2 was on Kitkat, Official Rom, upgraded by LG PC Suite software.

But the GPS wasn't working, tried to factory reset, and nothing.
So I downgraded to Official Jelly Bean stock Rom. Same issue.
Flashed Stock Rom many times, again and again, and nothing. GPS still not working.
Then I tried a Custom Rom, the Cloudyg3. And guess what? It worked.
I don't know why it worked on a Customized Rom and not on a Official Stock Rom.
I flashed the D805 Model, which is mine from Brazil, I never flashed a wrong Rom before.
But I want to back to Kitkat stock Rom, not a custom Rom
.
Because there are some bugs on this Rom.

Some bugs on Cloudyg3, I have noticed:
The knock code isn't working when screen off.
Plug and Pop notification not working when pluging the usb. I don't get the message with the options anymore(Which is very useful).
And the app from LG, On Screen isn't available on this Rom, I use it a lot.

I don't understand much about it, is there a way to fix the GPS on KitKat Oficial Stock Rom? If it works on cloudyg3, I thinks it is possible to fix it.

If there is no way to fix the GPS, is it possible to fix the knock code, plug and pop and install the app On Screen on Cloudyg3?

I just loaded Affliction Rom on my G2 and I have really been impressed. The GPS seems to aquire much faster. I would highly reccomend
