Default T-Mobile Jun 30 update

Hey guys did anyone get the update? Is it actually an improvement or is it not noticeable? Also I'm on the last update just rooted no recovery. Am I safe to update?

Default Is this V20E?

is this the same as the V20E from here? http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=36. I heard V20F adds knock codes. I've tried checking updates multiple times on my phone but its not finding it.
