Hello, I'm trying to get my phone back to stock so i can return it to Verizon. But i keep getting stuck at 2% during the process. Ive seen other people with the issue but no answer. Can anyone help? I have the vs980

Will do. My phone is my only source of internet right now so i need to get it working again or I'm screwed lol

I've had good luck using the *.tot method, probably half a dozen times without issue, but using the *.kdz method failed for me the first time I tried it.
