Hello mate. I have the sam problem like you. Answer is very simple. You can't go wrong no matter what you pick. They are the best what you can buy and in a few months every single phone from the list will have newer model that har more cpu power. Gpu power RAM bla bla bla. I choose lg g3 and so far I am very happy with it.

Im using G3 and G2 with no regrets. If water resist is important then go with xperia Z2.
