Default pictures with dark dot

So, I went on vacation this weekend, and I noticed that most of my pictures have a dark dot, almost like a glare. It's especially noticeable in pictures with light backgrounds. When I got home, I went back to some older pictures to see exactly when it started. And it's been progressively getting worse. I got my LG G3 in July (launch). I'm hoping it's NOT a hardware issue, maybe something software related.
Any ideas?
Yes, I cleaned the lens. Multiple times!

I've attached a few pictures to show...

Sorry, it does look more like a physical thing to me . You should let a specialist take a look at it.

I also had it. Gave it to repair. Bad camera unit. 4 days and got the phone back.
