Default Anyone having problems with their SD card?

Mine doesn't seem to stay mounted properly.

do you mean it pops out or the phone doesn't recognize it
if it is the phone recognizing option how old is your sdcard because after 2~3years the sdcards starts failing

No, it's physically fine. It's actually brand new. My issue is that some apps seem to lose it. My file manager doesn't show it connected but let's me connect to it manually for example.

apps can not alter files in paths besides there own since kitkat try downloading an app called sdfix from playstore (requires root) run it and tell me if your problem was fixed with that

Thanks, I thought download2sd the Xposed module took care of this, I guess not.

You can try kitkat sd card full access. It helped me to solve the issue on my G3. I'm using D855 international variant.
