Solution
I was very annoyed with the crackling noise in the earpiece speaker until yesterday.

The problem in my crackling speaker was in the loose back cover buttons which were crackling with the loud sound comming from the speaker (lowering the volume disappeared the crackling because the buttons could not resonate).

So...

Try to put your finger on back buttons when you are calling via GSM, the crackling noise should disappear.

If this helps, tightening back buttons is left on your imagination
