I've built a torch app that support Quick Window, but i fall into this bug - http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g...ircle-t2816012
So if you don't care about this bug I can release it.

I use Tesla LED and then set Nova launcher 'swipe up' gesture to toggle it on and off from any screen.

Is it an activity? Can you tell me how you add it, so I'll try to add it to my Quick Torch app?

Nova Settings > Gestures and Buttons > Select "Swipe Up" (or whatever gesture you want) > Click the "Shortcuts" Tab > Scroll down until you find your LED app.

If you can't find your LED app int he list, try using Tesla LED

I use G3 tweakbox and have long press menu button for torch. Works GREAT for me
