There is a flashlight widget called "Flash Light, Simple Version" in the LG Smartworld App that you can download and it works just fine. I am using it on my LG G3.

I've been using Tesla LED for any phone since my original Evo. Love that app.

Is it somehow possible to set a torch app on Volume Up Key in lockscreen without root?

I mean, it is possible to set arbitrary Camera App to the down button without root.
So it should be possible for torch too?

Maybe if the torch app would behave like the QuickMemo App on Opening?

Your timing is perfect. I just released this app.
