Need help for client original email client

Hi Lords

I love the look of original mail client but, unfortunately, using it, i can't receive any certified message.
The certified mails contains only two attached files instead 3 or more.
You can imagine how lawyer this is important for a lawyer......
I tried several clients and some, as Solmail, works good but i don't like its look.....
Any suggestion or tweaks will be very appreciated.

So, do you mean that everybody is able to receive certified mail on lg g3 mail client?

Yes i recwieve all

I am not sure what a certified email is but on lg g2, I can not receive encrypted email. I am asked to open same email from the desktop computer.
