Angry [THEMED APP] D855 Customized LGMessage.apk (NO MORE YELLOW)

** Disclaimer: Use at your own risk. I am not responsible or liable for whatever happens. I made this small customization for myself and am just sharing it in the event others might benefit**

Hi all,

A few members have asked me to theme this so...

As promised, here is the Stock LG G3 messaging app without the horrible yellow.

Installation Instructions:
* Back-up LGMessage.apk and LGMessage.odex from /system/app (might be in /system/priv-app on some phones)
* Move (or delete) existing LGMessage.apk and LGMessage.odex to some other location outside of /system/app or /system/priv-app as applicable (I put mine in my dropbox)
* Copy over this newly modified LGMessage.apk to external sd and install it from there (it will install as user app)
* Reboot
* Profit

Tested on D855 - INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK ON ANY OTHER VARIANT

*Reboot Phone

Haha Working on removing the dividers between messages in the main page and will get the chat bubbles changed man. Stay tuned im going to theme all stock apps like this, so they are all neutral with no madness colours.Do you mean the same blue as the scroller down the side?

Anybody who has dug around a bit will notice the yellow is still there in one place, and the first person to tell where that is will recieve the Apk without it.

Open to any suggestions...

Well I can't find it, but the emergency alerts crashes the program on my phone so perhaps that's where the yellow it's hiding.

Suggestions? Anything but grey, blue, purple, soft colors not quite pastel but like your grey

Can you explain the crashing please?

This apk was designed for D855 only and uses the stock app from that phone as its base.

Emergency alerts is not an option on my D855 in settings (it doesnt exist) so thats probably why.

What variant of the phone do you have?

Also i cant make sense of your suggestions... Are you saying you like this grey, or not lol

Are you on stock rom?

It should be in the same folder... If theres no odex file, backup and delete the old lgmessage.apk and give it a go installing my apk from the sdcard, let me know how you get on

Niceeee. And yea that color. I hate the green. And ****in sweet man just a lil suggestion, you should make the grey a TINY bit darker because of the white font but its not that bad
