Hi,

I would like to ask for help. I want to create my theme but Iam graphic, not developer and I'm really struggling with this tutorial.
I can learn fast but please point at what i doing bad i this "expanded" tutorial. Purpose is "change" just one drawable (indi_noti_flight_mode_off (Quick settings Airplane)) from start to end..

1) Download apk G3TWBThemeTemplate.apk
2) Decompile it with "apktool d G3TWBThemeTemplate.apk"
3) Modify the package name (P_Toti n.1)
4) Change Theme Name (P_Toti n.2)
5) Keep just <action android:name="it.ptoti.g3_tweaksbox.systemui.THEME "/> in manifest.xml
6) Modify theme.xml (<Drawable name="indi_noti_flight_mode_off"/>) (P_Toti n.3)

and Iam not sure what to do next..

7) Copy and extract LGSystemUI.apk and find indi_noti_flight_mode_off.png
8) Edit indi_noti_flight_mode_off.png and put it in Template\res\drawable-640dpi
9) Compile whole decompiled modified template.apk folder by "apktool b -f -d G3TWBThemeTemplate" -I success just once in this point. Usually I get many errors
10) Open original "apktool d G3TWBThemeTemplate.apk" as zip and replace files from apktool\G3TWBThemeTemplate\build\apk
11) Sign apk by SignApk.jar or zipSigner
12) Install apk and use it in G3 Tweakbox..

I Failed in 9 and even once I can create and install apk I get one system FC and then no pic in replaced icon. Can somebody create "Full" Tutorial to "change" just one drawable (indi_noti_flight_mode_off (Quick settings Airplane)) from start to end..

Thank you in advance I love G3 Tweakbox but lack of skill prevent me to create something great..

Here's a basic theme which changes the indi_noti_flight_mode_off.png
Decompile this apk and see what you were doing wrong.
Moreover I use Android Multitool which is easier to use.

Step where you might be doing wrong is in theme.xml
Check it out by comparing this apk with yours.

Try Tickle My Android or Virtous Ten Studio. Before you start working you have to install apktool, proper framework files, you should create signature files in order to sign your apk. Only then you can follow the guide and create your own theme based on the sample apk. All other necessary information is written here. You cannot simple change 9.png.s you have to learn how to cope with them. I personally spent weeks for reading with all detailed information about theming.

This is here not a right question. Xposed does not work on Lollipop. No GTWB. No apktool. No themed dialer.
