You can used an app like Flashify or my LG L90 Utilities. There's a thread for my app here at XDA. You can get Flashify from Play store.

one more thing. Im not a complete noob im just being precautious since i bricked my moto g
with Twrp can i flash the Cm12 .zip from Quarx in my current bootloader (lollipop) ?
is my bootloader version something i should be worried about when flashing zips?
