2 You still haven't flashed the 7.2.3 u-boot, that's why you get the red screen. You MUST flash the 7.2.3 u-boot file (the 7.2.3 bootloader, this will get rid of the red screen) before installing TWRP. It's found in Hashcode's bootloader thread.
