Based on comments in other device threads for LiquidSmooth, it seems to be either dead, or has slowed to a very slow pace.
LS isn't dead it might have slowed down a little because the maintainer has a life other than this. Patience is a virtue go...
heres how to enable viper4Android FX in liquid smooth ( well worked for me )
1. get from google play and set to permissive ( SELinux Mode Changer)
2. dissable root access in developer settings ..........so your only using supersu.... to avoid...
there will be bugs its completely new give it time it will be as good if not better than kitkat the team
