Do not try to update the touch screen firmware via this menu - it will put it into an unrecoverable state, the only solution is to replace the touchscreen can confirm, ruined a screen... it is not stated clearly enough anywhere that this kills you...

just to chime in, it is definitely a software/firmware issue. it was working fine, touchscreen and screen work fine too, i tested with another motherboard. at first it was a little wonky with a little area unresponsive, i gone to hidden menu and ...
