UPDATE: Since some of you guys are still finding this useful, I updated the CWM version to 188.8.131.52. Please note that ROM Manager is the best way to install CWM 184.108.40.206. You should only need this .zip if you need to restore the B&N boot loader.
Hopefully, tonight I should have a cwm flashable ext4 compatible cwm... that is if someone hasn't beat me to it.

Clockwork is broken in NookieFroyo. Only way to get to recovery is to use an external SDcard. I highly recommend IOMonster's.
