1 Same issue here trying to install stock nothing happens. Stock speed. It says It's installed but actually hasn't. I'm on hboot 1.09 and twrp 2.2.0 Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium try flashing 1.7... the 2nd time i flashed 1.7 ghz not 1....
1 thx torxx - 3.1 is working smooth so far - lovin' it :) next cool step would be an implementation of quick settings in the statusbar menu :D

1 I have stock hboot from alpharev.nl and wiped everything i could find. Did you download the ROM from this source?: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19499327&postcount=342 was working fine (with known bugs ;) ) till i somehow killed...
