i don't think so, though you can install ubuntu in a virtual machine as 64-bit and decompress there without problems. I found one, Ext2Explore, it can browse and extract lollipop .dat files...

I just use flashify, it's easy and painless! I think that this method with TWRP is the easiest. Sent from my Nexus 5

can anyone explain to me how to make " start http/ ftp server" work? i am guessing that it can used for accessing my files from a desktop if both are connected to a WiFi network. Turn on WiFi and tap on the bottom right icon and choose start FTP...
