The Note II may be a large phone but it can fit in any room.
However if you really need a room I suggest one that have mains electricity. Battery powered rooms are not very convinient.

As a workaround, you can try to press ALT+Space, this will open a menu. Select "move" and use the arrow keys to move the window further than the upper left corner of the screen. This way, you should be able to uncover the start button.
