1 Well as already stated once unlocked always unlocked. But if you must look you could download hex editor from play and open /efs/nv_data.bin. Jump to address 181468 and see if the next digits after ff is 01 or 00. 00 is network unlocked.
1 Hmmm....I got the on-screen soft keys working on RC 3 and I'm curious, anyway to disable the capacitive buttons? I tried flashing other kernals that made them not work but they didn't like the rom much. Let's just say heavy fc's stomping around ...
