1 Root explorer nor my PC will let me delete the 0 folder any suggestions thanks in advance. Use ES File Explorer. You have to go the settings in ES and check the 3 boxes in the root menu. Worked for me. Sent from my SprintroPCS Samsung GS3....
1 When you ran the ruu.exe, did you lock the bootloader first? If you don't, the ruu won't work. I don't remember, but wouldn't the RUU fail if it was unlocked? Because it didn't fail, it just didnt work.
