Hi, I have not done one of these before, so expect updates and refinements during the progression of this thread, and I am starting things off with $60. Feel free to contribute what you can in an effort to get root for the Verizon Moto X.
Sorry about the long hiatus. I actually went back to a 2013 32G Dev edition until the X2 is rooted. I would gladly hand this thread off to a new manager if someone is willing to manage the bounty. If not I will try to resume updating the bounty.
Lockscreen does come up for incoming calls. I think the stock dialer may be needed if this implementation cannot be sorted.
I would just flash back to stock, then do a factory reset in recovery, then reflash the image.
I used a file manager to navigate to "/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/" and added the modules.list file with the proper permissions....
Here is the million dollar question, will 5.1.1 be supported when it is released? Also, ClydeDroid, this is excellent work. There isn't much I can do to repay you, but I will mirror your images if you would like.
