1 I had your same version of firmware and i have lost of frames on the video recording. Check this, record a long video of about 5 minutes with differents lights and you will see those frames dropped
1 Activate wifi network and deactivate mobile network, edit your APN's and see if changes with your wifi network. If it does, you have a problem with the software of your mobile phone. If it doesn't call the ghost-buster!!
