On S4 mini with CM12.1, no problems after flashing the installer zip and then installing xposed apk. I then installed the modules which worked previously on CM12, one by one.

I use some fine tuning apk's that need to be manually put in system/app or priv-app folder, i.e. f4k's "S4minisettings" for adjusting the display colors ('cause i don't like the amoled oversaturated colors...) The don't work with SeLinux=strict.

Here you go.. you can create a folder S4MiniSettings and place the apk inside but it should be okay just to place it directly in system/app.
Then set folder permissions to rwxr-xr-x, apk rw-r-r--
