if nothing else works just plug the phone to a charger and hold the power button for at least 2-3minutes. the white led should blink a few times. after that leave it charging for an hour and than turn it on by pressing the power button.

i copied googleServicesSetup.apk, GoogleLoginServices and vending from gapps.
but for market to work you also need market updater.
market is working now and the rom is perfect :D.
