3 I'll update the OP with a new build tonight with the SD Card fix baked in, as the Androidroot Team has updated their trees with the fix yesterday. Once the official nightly build start working, I will stop updating this unofficial build.
1 I would venture to guess the timing of the release is based more on the time the developers have to work on the porting efforts. Having full nvflash access is an added bonus. Sent on the road.
1 Proper dock support is a little bit tricky, as ASUS has made some heavy modifications from AOSP (which is what CM9 is based upon). I've been looking into adding support, but not having a lot of luck yet.
