1 to juandaco flash the original modem you had before cm10 install should fix overheat problem
1 try this leave old superuser on then install supersu open supersu and update binary then tb+rootbrwser uninstall superuser worked for me. new supersu requests rights from old once aquired it takes over.

1 More than likely yes, as you may may not know when you uninstall apps they leave bits behind, try wiping dalvik cache, cache etc but no formatting it dangerous(brick ing territory warned) this will clean out the uninstalled apps and auto restore a...
