The bootloader on the North American s3 is not locked. The easiest way to root in my opinion is to flash a custom recovery and flash supersu. Installing a custom recovery will trip the warranty bit.

Yepp,original cwm comes up.So i can use new cwm only the boot method..(but flashing ok,successfully flashing new cwm,but old cwm comes up every time..) So i don't need to restore the original(old) cwm because it stays;) If you care about warranty ...
