Not having a hold-back-to-kill option was an annoyance for me too until I enabled pie controls and custom long-press actions. So now, I hold back to kill on pie. Works great on everything except my Torque app.
I work for Barnes & Noble and I've had some hands-on time with the new HD+ Overall, I like it. It's a little laggy when sliding between screens while running the Moby Dick live wallpaper they ship it with. But the screen looks pretty damn goo...
I'm done with it. I'm going back to swiftkey 3. It looks pretty, and it's stylish for sure, but I have so many errors with it. I can type faster, more accurately and more efficiently on SW3. It's not worth the occasional convenience of one-hand...
