Hey Moto G users
I'm attempting to email Motorola asking them to release the blankflash files as I amongst many others are facing hard bricked phones.
To cut a long story short, one of my Moto G phones the Moto G 2014 (XT1072 aka Thea) work...
To encrypt phone you got to settings > security > encrypt phone
Performance seems the same. I used to own the phone on stock LP and it still feels the same on this MM ...
Starts with boot logo, then asks for pin/pattern etc to unlock encryption then carries on with boot logo before logging you straight into the home screen.

Does encryption really work? I could make it work on LP 5.1 optimized.
Well it certainly asks for a password on startup.
