Ok! Here's how you change your voltage:
I use terminal enumerator
Make sure you have root access "#"
navigate to /sys/kernel/debug/clock/
within the clock you can enter "cat dvfs" and this will give you voltage and clock values
now the voltage off...
Ah ha! Finally success! Only took about 30 times opening and closing get my tablet. But I now have a very well cooled k1 chip. The thermal paste arrived, removed the thermal pad and walla, great results.
So I've had the chance to do some modding on the nexus 9. I noticed that the max temp would get upto 77c when running benchmarks. This wasn't good at all... Well at least for me. So I decided to take her apart and see what I could do to help.
Well... I'm pretty sure I've finally found out how to alter the voltages for the CPU and GPU. I did a quick check since it's hard to really tell if the voltages actually changed, did some crazy drop at load from 0.900 to 0.750....instant power off...
