My workaround for a fix... I deleted cm12 and reflashed it fresh, so now it works.. And for 4.4.4, I swapped roms in multirom and made it primary and reflashed the rom using NRT in no wipe mode to get it working again.. Then swapped roms back...

just flashed an even newer cm nightly and it still stays on the cm boot screen after 20 min... so I just rebooted to my working primary rom.. Yeah it shouldn't take that long at all. I'll do some playing around n see what I can find/do...

You could try running cm11 in ART Architecture instead of Dalvik since Lollipop using ART instead of Dalvik.. Not sure if that'll help but it's worth a try
