Yes, it does. But you should read this first: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2131971 , as there is one inconspicuous option there, that should not be touched, because it leads to automatic, inevitable factory reset.

This seems to be quite normal in all NSTwGs I have seen. There is no way to set full refresh rate in original firmware unfortunately. To change that setting you have to root your device. (NookManager is the way to go: http://forum.xda-developers.c...
