1 Only thing that would be fixed with factory reset is Valerines brain. We are not stupid users who has a first touch smartphone in our life. Samsung support is like a cookbok for dummies, everything except real technical support.
1 I think that is not problem with Samsung. This is problem with SanDisk in my case. Lower range speed cards work fine.
