5 This might seem dumb, but it works. Go into preferences, select backup folder location and then hit the back arrow twice. Now you can select the external card. I found this somewhere and don't remember who figured it out, just passing it along.
1 I'm using CM9 with great results. No lag and all features working well.
1 I'm having trouble myself. This had worked in the past but is failing on this update. I'll update you when I find the answer. I am feverishly searching. Check message 23. New full version installs from SD card. Set you an email as well....
1 Idon't know of any way to do this, other than in the ROM itself. Gingerbeast doesn't have this. Found an app in the market called anyunlock. Works and survives a reboot. Just saved my power button.
