[Q] Need to flash MIUI.

Hi Experts, I need to get MIUI ROM flashed on my Sister CHD. The phone details are given below :

ROM : Stock and rooted.
Android Version : 4.1.2
BaseBand Version : MOLY.WR8.W1248.MD.WG.MP.V1.P9,2013/01/11 10:39
Kernel Version : 3.4.5 shaobi@shaobi-Optiplex-990 #1
Build Version : ALPS.JB.SP.V1
Custom Buil Version : S9201_MP_F4_B1_IN_MMX_0.16_FLASHER_USER.

Please guide me with the procedure for flashing this ROM. Do I need to update to some firmware first or I can just flash recovery and flash this ROM and GAPPS directly. New to this MMX scene.

If you dont have Custom recovery and then install one and make a full backup
and then just follow the instructions on MIUI Rom for MMX...I have flashed it myself on my chd so I am confident that those steps are correct.
I don't think you need to update to 4.2.1 before flashing.

first update your firmware to 4.2.1
then install custom rom otherwise you will get problem ....screen flickering

Well, I haven't got the screen flickering issue...but its better to be on the safer side. So do update to 4.2.1:good:
