Default Changing mac address permanently?

How can i permanently change my mac address? Yeah.. A new mac address altogether. I know about apps allowing temporary spoofing, which reverts back on switch on/off. so that's not what i want. Im running 4.2.1 android and have root access

I don't think MAC Address can be changed permanently. Its a Hardware Id.

But there are apps available at Play store said that can spoof MAC Address time being. Good Luck trying
