plzz help me my a110q is not changing when kept on.......after flashing custom rom vibe ui,,,,there is no soln given.....i have tried flashing other roms but didnt worked,,,,problem still exists......what to do -plzz help

which is better way to flash custom rom
by cwm or by pc

Flas stock rom via sp tools once.
