On CM12, but it's still pretty buggy atm.

I believe 5.0.2 ota update released on Friday is for the Moto g first gen only in India and 2nd Gen in USA and not the 4g models yet

The XT1039 and XT104X devices although are part of the Moto G haven't been tested as of yet i don't think else there would of been leaks already and people asking for help with bricked phones. There are some Difference Between the X1028, XT1032, XT1033, XT1034 to out XT1039's and the XT1040, XT1042 etc so give them a little time to get the other devices out the way so they can concentrate of the next batch.

..some small questions.

I want to bring back my XT1039 to stock ROM. At the moment there is runing CM12.

Did I understand that right:

1.) Downgrade from CM12 to Stock 4.4.4 should work? (4.4.3 would not work?)
2.) The only way to bring back my XT1039 to StockROM is from fastboot with "mfastboot"? (not from recovery or any other way?)
3.) Can someone confirm, that this way works fine for XT1039?

And a little different question:

I also have a backup from StockROM 4.4.4. That works fine. The only reason, why I want to flash back with this StockROM is:

At my backup I have the problem, that I see in PlaySore -> "My Apps" -> "All" (not under "installed"!) the update for the Motorola Update Service. But the update say's: not compatible with this version.

Is there any solution for this problem?

(it's pure StockROM; TWRP 2.8.3 recovery, no root or any other modification)

Thanks for your answers!!!

Best greetings

I successfully downgraded a Moto G LTE (XT1045, US retail/unlocked) from CM12 to 4.4.3 using this guide. Everything went well.

If anybody's interested, I downgraded because CM12 seemed to have issues switching back to LTE after dropping down to HSPA, whereas my iPhone 6 Plus (shockingly) did much better and the stock firmware did much better.
