I wouldn't bet on that. Ask a moto service rep from North/South America... best bet is they'll roll out ASAP

Is it OK to post mirrors? It took several tries over the course of a day to download this from the "FileFactory" link in the OP, so I uploaded it to Mega.

I used it to bring my Moto G LTE (purchased directly from Motorola.com) back to stock.

I have an XT1039 DE Retrail and softbricked my moto g yesterday after I restored my original build.prop (did the camera hack which was now obsolete due to unavailability in the newest version). Needed a rom fast so I flashed Android 4.4.4 (Retail Europe) KXB21.14-L1.56-1 CID7, because it was the only one available with fast dl speed. Wanted to flash back to Android 4.4.4 (Retail Germany) KXB21.14-L1.56 CID7 this evening (since it is the original rom version for DE, had the impression over the day that I noticed more battery drain + less LTE availability ), but fastboot said I was downgrading each file I tried to push and aborted. Tried Retail Europe once more after that and that wasn't any problem. Any ideas? Version is exactly the same (besides L1.56-1)... Or am I simply having a nervous breakdown and being delusional about the battery and network availability?
