How to disable the OTA update page from showing up?

How to disable the OTA update from showing up . I disabled the notification but don't know how to disable this?

Consequences be damn'ed.

Use FOTAkill.apk. You need to be rooted of course.

Is there any way to disable the OTA WITHOUT root? I have two verizon and 1 boost mobile, using those for Perk TV.

I am not aware of any. Having installed FOTAkill, you also need to clear the cache since the system will still pick up the old stuff over a reboot until this is done.

Download the update but don't install it. Reboot to stock recovery and wipe cache. See if that works.
