How to get rid of OTA

Hello. I have rooted my Moto G and at the moment I have installed Android 4.4.2. As you may know, about one month ago the 4.4.3 has been released and moto g has benefit of it as well. I don't want to update to 4.4.3 because I have installed the faux kernel that it is not compatible with the latest version since motorola have not released out kernel source and consequently the good programmer faux wasn't be able to update his kernel. Anyway I don't want update to 4.4.3. Unfortunately every minutes the message to update appears on the screen and it is very annoying. How can I disable it?

Just freeze MotorolaOTA.

yes it is ture but only in the unlocked version

Both the solutions are paying dependent. Any other way?

Well if you don't want to pay then you will have to do it on your own..
What you can try is that get some root explorer and change permission of that apk and corresponding odex file from rwx to ---.. This way it won't be called automatically.. This should work.

That would have been good solution but unfortunately you can't Disable MotorolaOTA app from settings .. I just checked on mine..
