I have the Moto G Dual SIM XT-1033 and I want to unlock the bootloader to give full access to security app Cerberus. If my phn gets some hardware issues and i relock the bootloader again, would the Service Center guys be able to recognise it?
If yes, is there a way to sneak it?
Thanks in advance.

They will be able to make out that the BL is relocked.

You could try your luck. YMMV

You can try..... 9 times out of 10 they would not pay attention.... I have heard of people availing warranty even with an unlocked bootloader.... Though There are ways to determine wether your bootloader has been relocked..... You can always try your luck. Make sure to unroot ur phone before giving it to the service center though.....

Fastboot mode will tell a trained eye that it's been relocked.

0 - locked, untouched
3 - unlocked
2 - locked, has been previously unlocked

The boot logo will also say that its been unlocked, but I'll leave taking care of that part as an exercise to you.
