Verizon Moto X+1 apn settings for use on AT&T need help.

I have the verizon moto x. I am only getting 3g speeds with the normal att phone apn. Anybody know what apn settings are to pull hspa? Any help would be great!
I'm not stuck on edge it is umts 3g I'm getting data and mms I don't understand why it isn't hspa though?

You can only get HSPA(+) when using ATT sim in a Verizon device, except a Verizon iphone.

Yes I understand I will not get lte or anything. I'm just looking for hspa. Those are the apn settings I have and still only pull umts 3g? I don't understand why was curious if anyone else is having this issue?
