by the way, using stock and everything locked. Does this new Project V3 install unlocks bootload and roots automatically?

kkkkk no no no, i should first stay in the Android 4.4.3, after unlock the Bootloader, after install the recovery, after make the root, after make a backup(if you want) and install the Project V3.2.
