Default Awful/Wonderful Moto Customer Service Experience

So I bought a used motomaker x from Craigslist.

However, the vibration was borked in it, so I got in touch with Moto who agreed it needed to be replaced...but they couldn't process it without my original order number!

After hours on hold, and getting an email requesting that I call back, a week later they offered me a generic black one...but I would have to send in my phone first (nooooo!)

So I sent a message to the Moto Twitter support...and got through to a great guy who emailed with me, and eventually got me a code to use with the motomaker website for a brand one!

They even let me order an unlocked one to replace the AT&T one that is broken!

So, the moral of the story? The Twitter support is awesome!

(Oh, and I went with white/navy/yellow)

So...what exactly made your Moto Customer Service experience awful?

You're lucky they even offered you a replacement...

Just as he said it took him a week to get anywhere with his problem. I had a similar issue getting my moto x activated and shipped.

Yes all in all that is a wonderful customer experience because they did not need to do anything!
