Default GPS accuracy issues when/after raining

Hey, guys:

I found on Internet that GPS (not only in mobiles) has some accuracy issues when weather is rainy.

So I want to ask you if is normal that GPS in Moto X shows a non-exactly position with some margin of error (within 100 meters).
Here in Viņa del Mar it rained during the half the last week, and it stopped on Friday afternoon, and since (and during) then, GPS position is not accurate.

Weather could very well affect GPS, but it wouldn't make it not work right permanently. Try clearing maps cache.

Worst case scenario, try a factory reset from recovery. But backup your apps first so you can restore them.

Assuming your rooted. If not, then it's a tougher situation. Helium apparently will backup apps without root, though I've never used it.
